Cancellation Policy

To ensure the satisfaction and Wellbeing of our customers and staff, 24-hour cancellation policy applies.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a partial charge of the value of the booking deposit.

Cancellations made with less than 3 hours' notice may incur a service charge.

We'll be reasonable on cancellations, so if you have to cancel please reach out to us as soon as possible.

Deposit

We value you as a customer, so we do not charge full price at the time of booking. The difference between the full cost and the booking deposit would be settled at the check-out of your session. The deposit may be used in case of a breach of the cancellation policy.

Health Funds

Health Funds accepted are:

AHM, ARHG, BUPA, CBHS, Doctor's Health Fund, HCF and Medibank, NIB

Note: Due to a federal rule imposed in April 2019, health funds are not allowed to reimburse massages other than Remedial, unless accompanied by a doctor's referral.
