Cancellation Policy

In order to ensure the satisfaction and Wellbeing of our customers and staff, 24-hour cancellation policy applies.

- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a partial charge of the value of the booking deposit.

- Cancellations made with less than 3 hours notice may incur full service charge.

We'll be reasonable on cancellations, so if you have to cancel please reach out to us as soon as possible.

Deposit

We value you as a customer, so we do not charge full price at the time of booking. The difference between the full cost and the booking deposit would be settled at the check-out of your session. The deposit may be used in case of a breach of the cancellation policy.
